below is my complaint letter… please check the grammer and other things… tell me if its alright? do i need to change anything?

To Whom It May Concern:
Hello, my name is Jack Knight. I live in Queensland, Australia. Last month in august, I spent my vacation at your establishment for a week. For the most part, my stay there wasn’t very pleasant. In fact, during my stay I faced an incident that worried me about my safety.
First part of my stay at your resort was fine. But after the first few days I was very disappointed because your services weren’t performed as it should have been. Everything was unclean especially my suit and the outdoor poor. It was so dirty that many visitors including myself couldn’t even go for a swim. The resort offered variety of foods and drinks for the guests. However, all the refreshments were staled. In other words, everything tasted very bad. Therefore, I had to go to the restaurants in the town for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The total restaurant bill while my stay in Kingston, Jamaica was $498.95. Since the resort was supposed to provide me with the daily fresh meals – which it didn’t, I want you to pay me back my food expanses.
While I way staying there, I was also concerned about my safety. While I was on the pool deck, tanning I met a sixty years old fraud man. I saw him making a bet with a nineteen years old teenage boy. The bet was that if the young boy could light his lighter ten times in a row he would win a brand new Cadillac which the man said he owned. But if the boy lost, the man would chop off his smallest finger. As crazy and unsafe as the bet sounds, it was all true. However, later we found out that the man didn’t own a Cadillac but rather it was owned by another hotel visitor. Clearly, Coconut resort needs to improve its security for all its guests.
I had come to know about Coconut Resort through a flyer. It was supposed to be a “five star hotel” providing its guests with the best services in Jamaica. I had paid a lot of money to stay at your resort. Since I didn’t enjoy myself for the reasons listed throughout the letter, I would like to get my refund.
Thank you very much for taking your time reading my letter. I hope to hear from you very soon with both my hotel refunds and a check for the food expenses. I deeply appreciate your generosity in fulfilling my request.
