    The Ab Coaster is …
The Ab Coaster is awesome. It’s so highly effective, honestly. I just got mine and i’m amazed at how well it works your entire abdominals, including your lower abs. I should’ve gotten this machine a long time ago. It simulates hanging leg lifts and gives you a better ab workout than anything else (situps, crunches, etc.). I was a skeptic, but now i’m hooked, i recommend it to everyone.

Sonic – why did you try to return it? Buyer’s remourse for the amount spent? Or, not impressed with it? Or, what?

    shelby – I have one …
shelby – I have one. It is higher than if buying from a store, because the cost for airtime. It will likely come down when it settles in stores like all the other TV products. However – it is very well made – very sturdy – and a great product. I have been a fitness buff for many many years – abwork is painful to the back with anything else for abs. This allows me to work abs to and beyond failure with no neck or back stress.

    I’m sure the Ab …
I’m sure the Ab Coaster is not for everyone but IMHO the price was fair. A 1 hr workout with a trainer costs $80 in a gym. 5 workouts = $400. Recently I bought a set of iron dumbbells on sale for $200. Bottom line: good health is expensive, but not as expensive as bad health. The cheapest way is to buy your own equipment–provided you use it. For me, fitness is an investment in good health and well worth the cost.

Hmmm, pretty much hit that on the head. I just tried to return mine after the 60 day guarantee…they said they’d give me $200 back. Again, hit that on the head – good job of calling it!

    I saw the $14.95 …
I saw the $14.95 commercial, went to their website for more pricing info….$400.00 bucks!!! Looks like a $99 to $149 piece of hardware to me. So the way I see it is, over $200 profit if you’re happy with it, or just too complacent to bother returning it. If you try to return it, i’ll bet they offer you up to 50% credit just to keep it, after discount, they’ve still made a profit!! Has any dissatisfied customers tried to return the thing, i’d like to know if i’m right?

UPDATE #2: Sorry for the delay, work has been crazy designing websites. I just uploaded video #2. Results: Lost 7 pounds total in 2 months. Diet was unchanged and I didn’t always get enough sleep, so that’s a pretty solid result considering my crazy schedule. I averaged 3 1/2 workouts/week. Hope this is helpful. – Steve

    Ya, this machine is …
Ya, this machine is great the only downside is it kinda tires out your amrs after awhile even if you don’t use your amrs to pull (cheat) you will stil probably feel your amrs getting a bit tires, but other then that it works great and gives great results. I do my abs every 2nd day now and do 4 sets of 75 on normal front abbs and 4 sets of 35 on right oblique and 4 sets of 35 on left oblique and i find it to work very well.

UPDATE: I lost about 4 pounds in the first week and a half, so it seemed to have a positive effect right away. It works out your abs, biceps and forearms. I will be doing another video at the end of July. So far, I do like the Ab Coaster and am glad I bought it. It works just like it is supposed to and is fun. – Steve
