I did the research before getting the AbCoaster – overwhelmingly positive! The fact that health clubs across the world have them says more than anything….A bit pricey at $399 – but was surprised with the quality. This is a total breakthrough as far as I am concerned. I have attempted hanging leg raises a few times in the past but my back got ravaged from the pressure before I could really work my abs to failure which is the key. The Ab Coaster provides perfect bio-mechanical positioning and support while performing these mind blowing contractions for upper, lower, mid and sides (obliques). I get some cardio out of it too by doing multiple sets of 50 – 75 reps with a 5lb weight on each side – with short rests in between. Very impressed with this product that I bet will be around forever unlike so many jokes you see come and go quickly.
