Sounds like you’re …
Sounds like you’re making good progress. I do 10 sets of 50 reps. Or sometimes I will throw in a set of 100 reps. In between each set, I do push ups or some other exercise.

They do, but not …
They do, but not with a bad back dude. Iv’e been there done that back in the football glory days of the 70’s (without a weigth belt) My back is very screwed up at 48 yrs old. I have an AbCoaster and it is very beneficial to my back with gentle decompression and the Ab workout is insane..you have to stabilize your entire body while performing the exercise – I have never tried anything close to it for ab isolation.

Why don’t people do …
Why don’t people do squats, deadlifts or the standing press anymore? All the you need for abs.
‘Starting Strength’ is where it’s at.

The idea about …
The idea about adding weights is ingenious. I have the money to purchase this thing but I would like to see if the price drops a little bit more. .
where did you buy yours?

I don’t run. I just …
I don’t run. I just walk at a fast pace. I keep it at level 10 and set it for Random and use 4.6 for the speed. With the higher level the treadmill will incline and create more resistance. I used to use the elliptical but got bored with it and this burns more calories. My girlfriend also likes the treadmill. Keep up the good work, Dallas.

Wow, that’s awesome …
Wow, that’s awesome. What do you do exactly on the treadmill? Walking? Running? I’m confused as to what is the best way to burn fat on a treadmill. Some say to alternate sprints with walking, others say keep the heart beat low, others say you have to be sweating. It’s confusing…

Certain exercises …
Certain exercises like side bends and a few others. It’s confusing as to which ones will just firm up the abs and not increase the waist. But I have considered getting an Ab Coaster. I’m currently doing weights in the gym 2 times a week and the treadmill for an hour 2 times a week. I can burn 950 calories in an hour on the treadmill and I dropped 13 pounds since starting the routine

No, mine does not …
No, mine does not have any vertical adjustment. Just the horizontal rotation.

No, it doesn’t …
No, it doesn’t strain your back or neck at all. That’s why many people like this product — since you’re not laying down on your back it is pain free. It does however make your arms tired, but I’m fine with that.

Of course diet and …
Of course diet and exercise is important to reduce the mid-section, but some ab exercises can wind up making the waist larger even though it firms it.

Looks like a good …
Looks like a good investment, because at 47 years old I cannot bust my gut for the life of me. It looks like it will strenghten lower back muscles in the process.

I thought the price …
I’ve never regretted any money I’ve spent on fitness.
I thought the price was fair. I had a personal trainer for a while. It cost me over $400 a week. Fitness equipment in general is expensive but to me, good health and a good self image is well worth the cost.

I like it. I added …
I like it. I added two 10 lb plates on either side, so it’s harder. Then I turn up the TV and exercise while I watch. It also exercises your arms quite a bit. Often they get tired before my abs. There is no strain on my neck or back.
