Good points, but … Good points, but just because the marketing company will ALWAYS get out of hand with exaggerations doesn’t in itself indicate a poor product. Do you think the 3000 Health Club owners that purchased were duped? Can you name another “As seen on TV” product in health clubs? This is an exception. Thanks
I suppose I can see … I suppose I can see it for people with back issues. However, it’s marketed as a great invention that will give everyone a six pack with little effort. I think we both know that doesn’t happen without alot of effort and pain. The best advice I will offer is everyone needs to do their research. Paying special attention to avoid the phony “review” sites that are nothing more than sales vehicles for the products being “reviewed”. Anyway, best of luck.
you can add like 20 … you can add like 20-40 lbs with plates. I have seen an advanced bodybuilder with 40 on it able to do only sets of 12…with 20lbs, I do sets of 50. I like 80% of the population cannot do leg raises because of the back strain..that is the point.
Yes, they should … Yes, they should listen to me because I can give you ab exercises that will put you in pain in 30 seconds without any gadget. Doing hundreds of reps to feel anything does nothing more than toning. I don’t care what you were or what you did with it. Show a link to one video showing actual results. The models that spend all their time in the gym before promoting it dont count. It may be the motion of leg raises but doesnt even compare to the effort. My motive is to help people from being scammed
Best Ab machine … Best Ab machine ever invented…I am a fitness fanatic, instructor, former college athlete.
Should we listen to tfinder? Or, the 3500 health club owners across the world who spent money to have AbCoasters in their clubs? (I researched it before I bought).. Hmmmm. Can’t decide who to listen to
In terms of sliding on the track..as soon as it starts going toward vertical, you have something called gravity that kicks in. You may want to google gravity.
No one has after … No one has after videos of the Ab Coaster because that would consist of them lifting it and using those handy wheels to roll it into a dumpster. That is such a worthless overpriced piece of garbage much like most infomercial products. It’s not an effective workout because in crunches you are lifting your torso or legs which is much more weight than sliding it on a track. Sorry, but you aren’t going to coast yourself in shape. You need to put in the pain and effort and do it the hard way.
I just had a baby … I just had a baby girl 6 months ago, and am still trying to shed the rest of that baby weight, and I think this will do it. I wasn’t sure if it was as easy to use as they said it was on the infomercials, but now, I’m sure! Thanks for posting your vid! I’ll keep an eye out for your follow up vids, and maybe post some myself when I get my machine!
You always see … You always see people do video’s when they first get it but never 2,3,4,5 months down the road. Most likely its in storage or on craigslist by then!
I have been on the … I have been on the fence about getting this machine. You have made me a little more informed about the machine. I was just wondering when you will have an update on your progress with the abcoaster machine? I am hoping that this machine will deliver good results for you and me. Thanks for the insight!!!!!

Doesnt this look …
Doesnt this look like the legs are doing most of the work, not the abs?
