Any ab product will work eventually, you have to remember to get that 6 pack you must start from within the body. Watching what you eat, eat a balanced meal which is Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner, and snack.
Cut your portions down. and work out every other day not every day. You have to give your muscles a chance to rest in between. If you want to do something on the off days try working the upper body every other day then the lower body the opposite ones.
Good luck. If all the products on the market worked we would all be in great shape.
References :
No. It's not worth the money. I've bought many exercise equipment from commercial on the television, so i'm the one to tell you they don't work. Those people on the commercials were already in good shape to begin with, without using that product and those pictures of people looking tighter are photo-shopped. Try finding ways on your own to get a tighter stomach by eating healthy, exercising more.
