Has anyone tried using the ab coaster?
It took me about 7 months to loose all the baby weight I put on, but I want to be able to work my stomach for the beach, Is the ab coaster worth it?
It blows me away how many people answer questions that they are unqualified to answer. Nianna asked: "Has anyone tried using the Ab Coaster?"
If you have not used it, you are not doing her or this service any benefit by giving an opinion that is based on pure speculation.
If there is no specific reference to whether or not the person asking the question wants an opinion from someone who has tried or used it – fine.
Am I wrong? Thank you.
OK – Yes I have this unit and love it. You absolutely cannot duplicate the intensity, range of motion, or size of the area that the moves you can do on this machine cover. I used teh Health club version at 24 hr fitness and was hooked.
Can it give you 6 pack abs? Not without diet, but it will tighten, tone and strengthen, and with proper diet, will create in my opinion the best possible appearance. It combines the hanging leg raise, crunch and preacher chair raise, but much easier on the back so you can go longer for increased ab work.
I recommend it. I read at their site where they won the 2008 FIBO innovation award. They are supposedly the largest fitness org. in Europe?? The article states that there were 300 entries from nearly all manufacturers. That opinion is far more valuable than mine, or someone with no life that spends hours a day answering questions they shouldn't. Must need to be needed, I guess.
Good Luck
That's "lose" and you can look up reviews for exercise equipment online. I'd suggest you forego gimmicky pieces of equipment (and save money) and just ab exercies sans equipment or buy some workout DVDs that focus on ab work.
The "Ab Lounge" got decent reviews from what I've seen, but I just workout myself and have Turbo Jam, Core Rhythms, Hip Hop Abs, Yoga Booty Ballet (all purchased on ebay for much less than the infomercials), and others so I can do various ab workouts and full body workouts, for toning.
Whatever you choose, good luck!
