    I had noticed that …
I had noticed that i felt the muscles engaging finally with this machine more than many of the things i tried, but i don’t measure inches… my pants fit nicer.. i would suggest in conjunction to the abcoaster, the benderball and lots of walking they made my tummy g down before muscle confusion does it every time….

it does have a spot …
it does have a spot to add weights and i can support my own weight on it i am doing on average 80 reps a day, plus leg lifts and i walk 6 miles 3 times a week. my diet is more relaxed than when i started out but i have begun teaching a yoga class once a week at my church, plus stair climbing for 10 minutes every other day.

    Congrats on your …
Congrats on your efforts. I hope all is going well. I too bought the ab-coaster. I do 100-200 per day and I’m really happy. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s targeted to significantly overweight people as I don’t think you can do enough reps to burn fat or make muscle, because you have to somewhat support your weight. This workout is more like weight lifting as opposed to cardio type. I would focus only on cardio type exercises for now.
