		<description>I have one - the previous responders do not. It is a great machine; very well built and allows you to perform motions and angles not possible with crunches. And...it does not pressure the lower back - so you can work to ab failure before having to stop. This means longer sets, more calories burned, more ab work.

The response with the link to his own blog is promoting his site because he has advertisers that pay him to get their banners shown......just a bit of a conflict of interest.
