Any difference in results with the Ab Coaster vs Ab Coaster PRO?
I just ordered the trial for the Ab Coaster – and during the check out it also offered to upgrade to the PRO version.
Other then look or comfort, is there any difference between the two that would make for better results from the work out?
From what I’ve read, as you go up their three models, they can be used by heavier people and you can add more weight with extra plates. I presume that adding 30 or 40, instead of 20 pounds would be a much heavier ab workout.
Steel rails get bigger, machines get heavier, warranties last longer, and go from home use to commercial use.
