Do u think the ab coaster really help u work on your abs?
I want to start lossing weight. But I also want to work on my stomach area the most. I want an work machine that will help, instead of doing sit ups, which hurt my back all the time. I see these many different work out machine to choose ffrom but what really work. Who tryed this many different machines and what do u think about it.
the ab coster can u help you if u are already lean and relatively fit to shape off your abs more… and bring them out
but if u want to burn more body fat.. and get lean.. u need to do more cardio and eat less carbs.. thats what u need…
so u need a combination of both

What do you mean hurts your back? I could be that your back is weak and needs to be worked.
The ab coaster may work, but then again I’ve never used it. I generally do Sit-ups, leg lifts, or bridges to work my abs. Any ab workout will also work your back a little bit.

These machines work, the problem is that they are too focused. If you want a flat stomach you need to work all the ab muscles, not just one which is what these machines usually do.
