Does the Ab Coaster actually work?! I really need to know!!?

I guess that all depends on what you mean by “work”. Does it exercise the abs…yeah.. . Will it give you a 6-pack?….of course not. Losing bodyfat will give you a 6-pack and ab work has no effect on bodyfat levels whatsoever.
