does the ab coaster really work?

i was thinking about getting the Ab Coaster but i just need to know the price and if it really works? if it is not worth the money, please point me in the direction of a good ab machine that is worth the money.

I would use a Swiss ball (those exercise balls you inflate) instead of an ab coaster or ab roller.

The reason why exercise balls work so well is you can get a full range of motion when training your abs (something you can’t get on an ab coaster or doing sit-ups or crunches on the floor).

You can buy good, inexpensive Swiss balls at Wal-Mart or Target.
