		<description>I would use a Swiss ball (those exercise balls you inflate) instead of an ab coaster or ab roller. 

The reason why exercise balls work so well is you can get a full range of motion when training your abs (something you can&#039;t get on an ab coaster or doing sit-ups or crunches on the floor).

You can buy good, inexpensive Swiss balls at Wal-Mart or Target.
