has any used the abcoaster before and is it worth the money being asked?

The ab coaster is a machine I saw on an informercial.

I got one – use it often. No question it is worth the money to me….very sturdy, genius design. It works all of the hard to reach areas of the abdomen. I always use the freestyle feature where you can unlock the knee pad to swivel your hips. I always hated doing abs b/c you have to get on the floor which hurts my back and neck so I never got sufficient ab work. It is challenging to keep up the routine, but I have gotten convincing results, too.

    The ab coaster is not work the money you should must rather use the money to buy your beautiful best friend a mirror so she can admire herself daily….lol.
