Has anyone used the ab coaster the one on t.v.?

can you let me know i’m thinking of buying it?
I’ve been using the one in my gym for the past year (golds gym) and its awesome. I bought one for the house and me and my wife use it everyday. I like the home unit even better than the one at the gym b/c the home has "free motion" on the seat, but the gym does not. I think you should go for it- much more comfortable than sit ups on the floor – much more fun and challenging too. You will look forward to your workout rather than dread it.

dont waste your money, do situps… itll end up being junk in a few months time..
all the exercise you need to do can be done on your loungeroom floor… situps/pushups/1 legged squats/stretching/leg lifts (lying on your back lifting your shoulders off the ground slightly, lifting your legs into the air – good ab workout)
etc etc
