		<description>I&#039;ve been using the one in my gym for the past year (golds gym) and its awesome.  I bought one for the house and me and my wife use it everyday.  I like the home unit even better than the one at the gym b/c the home has &quot;free motion&quot; on the seat, but the gym does not.  I think you should go for it- much more comfortable than sit ups on the floor - much more fun and challenging too. 		<description>dont waste your money, do situps... itll end up being junk in a few months time..

all the exercise you need to do can be done on your loungeroom floor... situps/pushups/1 legged squats/stretching/leg lifts (lying on your back lifting your shoulders off the ground slightly, lifting your legs into the air - good ab workout)
