Have you ever used the Ab Rocket?

Did you like it? Any results? Would you recommend it?

I’m looking for an ab machine. I really like the Ab Coaster, but it’s too expensive.

Yea, in the middle of bed bath and beyond, ha. Honestly though, don’t waste your money on an ab machine. No matter what they claim they will never be as effective as free-form situps.

    Nope.
    Try your local gym. They’ll have much more than ab machines and you will have a lot more to choose from to work out whatever you want.

    Yeah, I’ve used it before. You can get results from it, but you have to really stretch as far back and forward as you can. Personally, I found it really good but my cousin has one also and a piece of his broke (but it still functions).

    Overall, the good outweighs the bad and you should probably get it.
