I am thinking about getting an ab exerciser…what do you think of this "ab coaster"?

I already have The Bean and I like it, but this looks like it gets the side muscles as well as the front ones.

I have seen the ad before. It looks like a pretty good system to me. I think it would target the obliques as well as the upper abs. I didn’t see how much it costs, though. I belong to a gym , so I use the weighted crunch machine and also do a twisting leg lift for obliques That works well for me. The rest is just up to me cutting back a bit after enjoying all the extra goodies this holiday season.

    99% of the people in these videos are naturally built. I wouldn’t trust them. Seems like a good concept, but, would you actually use it? Loyally? or would it just end up collecting dust? Go to a gym, gets you out of the house and you get to see other peoples techniques for stuff like this.
