		<description>I have seen the ad before. It looks like a pretty good system to me. I think it would target the obliques as well as the upper abs. I didn&#039;t see how much it costs, though. I belong to a gym , so I use  the weighted crunch machine and also do a twisting leg lift for obliques That works well for me. The rest is just up to me cutting back a bit after enjoying all the extra goodies this holiday season.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

Loyally? or would it just end up collecting dust?
