I RECEIVED A FLYER IN THE MAIL ABOUT A LEGISLATION THAT BANS SMOKING WHEN CHILDREN ARE REQUIRED TO RIDE IN A CAR SEAT. IT SAYS THAT WHEN AB 894 WAS FOR A VOTE THAT HE VOTED FOR IT. I NEED SOME INFO ON THIS ISSUE. I WENT TO HIS WEBSITE BUT COULDNT FIND ANY INFO ON THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE. THANX FOR UR HELP!!
This was a 2004 Assembly Bill and according to the article at the following link Senator Denham voted for the Bill.

its a good bill. why would any one want to smoke in an in closed area with a child. not good for the breathing.
