what do you think about the AB COASTER?

is it any good like they say it is on TV? its worth the price?
it looks very promising but i want to know from someone who really used it and not was paid to say its great without even trying…

    Waste of money it’s better to do crunches. Check out hip hop abs from Chalene Johnson. Fun and it works fast!
