AbCoaster – Light Commercial

<a href=Abcoaster – Light Commercial” />

Model CS1000 Just a few minutes a day on the Ab Coaster is all you need to get a lean sexy waistline. The Ab Coaster is a revolutionary exercise device that is taking abdominal training in a whole new direction. Unlike traditional crunches, which work your abs from the “top down,” the Ab Coaster works your abs from the “bottom up,” while limiting stress to your neck , back and shoulders. Gymnasts and bodybuilders have known this secret for years: to get a strong, lean core necessary for competition, they work their abs from the bottom up. The Most Difficult Ab Exercise Made Easy The Hanging Leg Raise is a “bottom up” exercise that is highly effective for developing great abs. But it is a very difficult exercise to perform. Here’s why. The exercise requires not only tremendous upper body strength to hang from a bar, but it also requires you to perform a lower abdominal contraction while lifting the entire weight of your lower body. This exercise sounds hard because it is hard. In fact, for the average person, this exercise is nearly impossible. But not anymore. The Ab Coaster makes this difficult exercise possible for anyone to perform. Its weight-bearing design elim-inates the need to hang from a bar and places the user in a comfort-able kneeling position off the floor. The Ab Coaster’s curved track guides you through a perfect lower abdominal lift while eliminating strain to your neck, back and shoulders. The Ab Coaster engages your abs from start-to-finish, giving you a constant core contraction with every repetition. The multi-angle seat adjusts to target your obliques at every angle for a complete abdominal workout. The Ab Coaster’s patented design, combined with its plate-loading resistance system, allows anyone- professional athletes, health club members, and home exercisers-to achieve great abs in the most effective way possible. The Ab Coaster: Gets you OFF THE FLOOR and OFF YOUR BACK Works your entire core, including the hard-to-reach

Anyone have the AbCoaster???

I was wanting to know if anyone had purchased the Abcoaster, because it looked like a good exersice machine, but i really want to know if works? Has anyone ever used it???

Also, Please answer my EASY question

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080807210755AAcaXBe&r=w

I have one – the previous responders do not. It is a great machine; very well built and allows you to perform motions and angles not possible with crunches. And…it does not pressure the lower back – so you can work to ab failure before having to stop. This means longer sets, more calories burned, more ab work.

The response with the link to his own blog is promoting his site because he has advertisers that pay him to get their banners shown……just a bit of a conflict of interest.

Please guys – do not respond to Questions unless invited:
