Have you ever used the Ab Rocket?

Did you like it? Any results? Would you recommend it?

I’m looking for an ab machine. I really like the Ab Coaster, but it’s too expensive.

Yea, in the middle of bed bath and beyond, ha. Honestly though, don’t waste your money on an ab machine. No matter what they claim they will never be as effective as free-form situps.

Ab Coaster…Did it work for you?

I just seen the ad online, and I’m trying to get back in shape, (after having my baby girl), for my wedding on August 23, 2009. So, I just bought it! I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it, or just got one, or anything really you can tell me about it would be great! Thanks!
I will of course continue my daily crunches….that don’t seem to wrk at all! And, my Bridal Shape Up routine. I was just wondering about the actual machine.
I’m definitely not lazy. I mean, I do a 20 minute routine, plus a half hour walk around town with my baby and fiance, plus stomach crunches in the morning and at night. So, the Ab Coaster was just to help I guess.

It’s a crock. What’s worse is it’s a crock that will gather dust in your house & be in the way.

Exercise of any kind will not give you great abs. Any fat you have will cover them no matter how well defined they are underneath. To get great abs you have to reduce the amount of fat in your body.

Running, cycling, even walking can make your abs look better if you do it (and reduce calorie intake) enough to lose the fat. If you don’t have one, spend your money on one of those 3-wheel strollers so you can bring her along and go walking or jogging.

Watch what you eat (no sodas & junk food) and you’ll see results soon enough.

has anyone gotten the ab coaster? Iam thinken of getting it.?

I dont have one myself but Ive been told they are great. They give you that bit of extra support and make exercising fun.

Has anyone used the ab coaster the one on t.v.?

can you let me know i’m thinking of buying it?

I’ve been using the one in my gym for the past year (golds gym) and its awesome. I bought one for the house and me and my wife use it everyday. I like the home unit even better than the one at the gym b/c the home has "free motion" on the seat, but the gym does not. I think you should go for it- much more comfortable than sit ups on the floor – much more fun and challenging too. You will look forward to your workout rather than dread it.

which one is better a ab rocket or ab coaster?

exercise

Neither, honestly these things are less effective than doing simple exercises such as crunches and hanging leg lifts. the reason is these machines make the exercise easier for your body which means your body will not build ab muscles as quickly. something ton consider is if your looking to see your abs and not to thicken them is many big actors such as Brad Pitt have been known to not do abs workouts at all, after all we all have them, most peoples abs are simply hiding under a natural layer of body fat.

Ab Lounge, Ab Rocket, or Ab Coaster?

Which product has worked amazing and fast results for you? Any recommendations?
lol i’m not fat i just want a 6 pack, and i had been hearing positive testimonials about the ab lounge… anywayz according to you all, i guess i should just contine to do floor crunches =/

Vixxen – Unlike the other 2 posters, I am actually qualified to answer because I have and use an AbCoaster which simulates the moves and exercises the previous poster mentioned, but without the back and neck strain, thus allowing the opportunity to push your abs and obliques to muscle failure’ The other 2 seem to me are just helping you do a situp motion where the Abcoaster uses bottom up like professional atheletes ONLY do. Plus, this machine is in like thousands of Health Clubs (see their Press page for tons of magazine articles, etc.)

Ab coaster or Ab circle pro?

Just do crunches.

Exercises for Flyers?

To build up ab and leg strength for those who fly in cheerleading, without getting too bulky…?

This sounds silly but it is not..

Swimming..

dumbbell lunges- 3 sets 12reps/set

You’ll do yourself an injury, most likely long term which could be very problematic, just for your own sake.

Since your 15, I wouldn’t advise you to do more than a hours workout a day.

And ideally, you should train every other day, so monday train, tuesday rest, wednesday train etc.

But it’s alright if your training with a different routine the following day (which you seem to be doing).

I’d just suggest you tone it down a bit is all there’s no need to go overboard.
