So, first off, I have actually never used the AbCoaster, but what I have done is read allot of other reviews on Amazon and watched consumer videos on You tube. This website is a compilation of what I have found. I did also find the Ab flyer, which is a device that is very siilar to the ab coaster but for about 1/3 of the price. The Ab coaster sells for about $400 and the Ab Flyer selss for about $120. So, browse around here, you will find some honest opinions, a few “fake” ones from self promoters but those are easy to figure out. There is nfo here direct from Amazon and You Tube and Yahoo Answers. I hope this makes your buying decision a littel easier.
