Of course proper …
Of course proper nutrition and cardio is beneficial in reducing the mid-section. What’s confusing is knowing which ab exercises actually help reduce the waist and which ones only firm it but often enlarge it.

With proper …
With proper nutrition and a gym membership for about $35-50/month, you could also have abs, shoulders, back, chest, and legs. And those are guaranteed to work, rather than yet another ab machine gimmick.

I just purchased …
I just purchased mine a couple days ago. Can’t wait to get it. Everyone seems to be really wanting one but complaining about the sticker shock. Order it from the website, pay $15 bucks and try it for 30 days. They even pay for the shipping. If you like it keep it and pay $100 a month. If $25 a week will give me my 6 pack back I say where do I sign?!

The Ab Coaster is …
The Ab Coaster is AWESOME. I just got mine, i got the Ab Coaster Pro, and i highly recommend it to everyone. It’s just like doing hanging leg lifts but easier, and you get awesome results, you feel the burn after just a few reps, it’s the best freakin ab machine out there, trust me i’ve tried them all.
And the instructions tell you to sit back and put your weight on your heels, but don’t listen to the manual, as someone else said, put your weight on the arm rest pads/handles for best results.

When you porperly …
When you porperly engage and start doing reps, most of your weight is transferred to your elbows against the arm pads, and OFF of the legs. The leg pad handles a small pecentage of your weight unless your just resting in place without exercising. Hope this helps.

I was about to buy …
I was about to buy it but then i saw how you have to like basically sit down on your knees and that hurts a lot especially for me true? or is it different when you get the machine?do you or not feel weight on your knees?? thats the only major problem i have other than that its okay…so PRESSURE on KNEES?…or NO?

Ah, thank you very …
Ah, thank you very much! Oddly enough that is what I’ve been doing: One set in each position for 50 reps. I must say, I do also enjoy the feeling I’m left with after doing the crunches. It makes me feel like I’m getting a workout without too much effort. Thank You!

more padding on the …
more padding on the chair, and weight limit increases to 350 (from 300) from supposedly heavier gage steel. Although, from pics, they look identical.
