    You need to stop …
    You need to stop buying expensive useless gimics and put real effort into getting in shape. You could probably do real well with P90x. It’s really difficult but there are no easy paths to get results.

    If your expecting to lose weight, this is not the answer. To lose weight you have to do cardio exercise rolling on a stupid machine is going to do nothing but strengthen Ur abs which oh wait know body can see because your fat stomach is in the way!

    It’s very sturdy (like gym quality), maybe that’s cause I got the upgrade. I’ve been doing on average about 120 to 250 total, five times a week. About 60 at a time then wait a couple of minutes, then do more It’s not a cardio thing at all, since it does require alot of effort to swing up. Therefore, I can only do 60 at a time before I take a break. What I like about it is that you have to go quite high for the sensor to count the rep. I can’t tell the difference yet but I do feel stronger.

    i noticed you had an ab coaster. i was just wondering do you like and did it work for you. i wanted to buy one but with anyone including the companies able to post comments about it, i just needed an honest opinion about the machine before i buy it. i know it has only been like a month that you have had it, but have you seen some results yet?
