    I have not tried the ab circle but from the reviews I have heard about it its not so great. I have heard nothing but great things about abcoaster before I bought one. I was fortunate and found one on craigslist for $150 so check there.

    It is easy to do but you will feel a burn. You wil work out your arms in addition to your abs. To really get good results you probably have to supplement with other ab exercises and more importantly cardio to blast the fat.

    i have both ab …
    i have both ab coaster and ab circle.
    i can tell you that ab coaster isn’t as easy as it seems. after about 80-100 reps your abs will start to burn and definitely sore the following day. whereas with ab circle, it’s easy and you start to sweat but i think it’s a better cardio machine than abs machine because you don’t need to focus on your abs to work the machine. ab coaster is an excellent machine. very well built and it will last a lifetime.
